When can I expect to receive my commission invoice?

We generate commission invoices on the 1st of each month. These invoices detail all commissions owed from sales during the previous month.

How will I receive my invoice?

You will receive your monthly commission invoice directly to the email address connected to your account. The invoice will be sent from Stripe, our secure payment processor.

What information is included in the commission invoice?

The commission invoice provides a comprehensive breakdown of your charges, including:

  • Total number of successful sales during the billing period
  • Affiliate Commissions
  • Adbay Commission rate applied (2.8% + $1 per sale)
  • The total commission amount owed for the month

How do I pay my commission invoice?

You can securely pay your invoice directly through Stripe using:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bank transfer (ACH)

What happens if my invoice payment fails?

If your initial invoice payment fails, Stripe may attempt to retry the payment. It's important to ensure your payment information is up-to-date.  If you have issues, please contact our merchant support team.
