Adbay does not own or control any NFTs on its platform, and all transactions are solely between the creator and acquirer. Adbay is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise from NFT transactions.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Adbay, including trademarks, logos, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to Adbay and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any Adbay content or materials without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Adbay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind. Adbay is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Adbay's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user to Adbay in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
